With the warmer weather comes wild foods

Now that spring has sprung we have a chance to add wild foods as part of our menu. Our Facebook book page has been a huge success with around 1000 page impressions a week.  More and more we are bumping into people who have migrated to a plant based or Vegan lifestyle, which is fantastic news for sustainable bi-diverse farming. One of the many pleasures of living in Cornwall is the change to gather locally sourced foods when we can.

A fabulous sunny May bank holiday

A really busy time for Vega 2018 early May bank holiday.

We had a blend of party bookings and mixed tables and the sun certainly had his hat on. The glorious weather  and our wonderful customers meant we were able to donate £500 to charity from our net takings.
